Ameri Care Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Open to all full-time college students currently enrolled in an accredited public or private college or university.
  • Applicant must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • All bachelor and master’s degrees with majors and minors in Science are eligible such as Environmental Science, Environmental Policy and Management, Horticulture, or Environmental Studies.
  • Other science programs not listed will be considered and reviewed by our selection committee.
  • Applicant must be able to provide an official letter of acceptance or an unofficial college transcript to prove current full-time enrollment.

How to Apply

  • Submit an essay (no more than 500 words) on the following topic:
    • Explain how our scholarship and your current degree program will help you become successful and what that success will mean for you and/or your career goals.

TFC Title Loans Scholarship for Financial Innovation

Eligibility

  • To qualify for TFC Title Loans Scholarship for Financial Innovation you must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate university.
  • You must also be working towards a degree in Financial Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Economics.

How to Apply

  • In fewer than 1000 words, propose a new financial product that could improve the current issues within the sub-prime lending industry. Describe a business model, whether web-based or not, that could lessen the consequences of sub-prime lending.
    • The essay should include the perspective for both the consumer and the lender.
    • It is encouraged that applicants include possible projections, APRs, and calculations as evidence for their proposal.

Vivint Smart Home Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Open to high school seniors or college students who are legal residents of the United States
  • Student must enroll in semester beginning no later than September 10, 2019
  • Home-schooled students may apply so long as your course of study is equivalent to a high school senior
  • Student must be planning on or already enrolled in one of the eligible majors listed in the Scholarship Official Rules

George Washington Carver Scholarship Fund

Eligibility

  • Leadership Ability, dependable, forty hours minimum volunteer work.
  • Must attend an historically black college or university (HBCU).
  • Documentation of financial need (complete financial aid/status form in application).
  • Must provide documentation of official enrollment in an approved field, or dual major in one of the following:
    • Accounting
    • Agri-business
    • Aquaculture Science
    • Biology
    • Business
    • Chemistry
    • Communication
    • Computer Science
    • Economics
    • Education
    • Engineering
    • Nursing
    • Physics
    • Pre-Law
    • Pre-Med
    • Public Administration
  • All applicants must participate in a personal interview before receiving a scholarship.
  • All applicants must reapply each year.
  • Applicant must participate in both RADIOTHONS (dates to be determined).

  • Must provide a typed detailed statement of why you are applying for a scholarship and what formal goals you plan to accomplish.
  • Describe in a brief, typed paragraph some experience or responsibility you have had in the community.
  • A self-photograph must be attached with application (wallet size is sufficient).

280 Group Product Management Scholarship

Eligibility

  • It is open to students who are either pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or a related field
  • GPA of at least 2.5.
