Laser Spine Institute Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Prove full-time enrollment during the spring and/or summer semester with a school transcript no older than January 1.
  • Intend to continue a full-time enrollment status in the fall semester. Proof of enrollment or acceptance to new school must be provided.
  • Currently have a minimum 3.5 GPA at a university or college.
  • Be seeking a degree in a health- or science-based program, with an interest in pursuing a career in health care.
  • Have an active .edu email address for the university or college they attend.

How to Apply

  • Submit a 750- to 1,000-word essay on the assigned topic:
    • What do you feel are the three most critical issues facing the health care industry today and what ideas would you put into place to help address them?
  • Email your official transcript, essay, signed application and the terms and conditions (found online) to scholarship@laserspineinstitute.com

The CareerCrawlers MERIT Scholarship Program 2017-2018

Eligibility

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 either enrolled or planning to be enrolled in an accredited university or college in Fall 2017 or Spring 2018.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (at the time of disbursement)
  • Must be a Canadian or US citizen
  • Must be enrolled in an academic program in either healthcare or engineering related field
    • Nursing, Trucking, EMT, Postal, or Applied Sciences and Medicine

All Applications must be submitted before September 30, 2017 (Fall semester), and December 15, 2017 (Spring semester). Winners will be announced November 15, 2017, and January 27, 2018.

How to Apply

  • Submit a 300-400 word essay explaining why you should be considered for the scholarship.
    • Include a short video display of your past projects.
    • Email a short video of your professor’s and teacher’s recommendations.
    • As supporting content, you can send relevant photos, documents and videos
  • Fill out the application online.

The Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy Scholarship for Future Medical Professionals

Eligibility

  • Must be accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.

    • Our patients are daily allergy and/or asthma sufferers, and we know how important medicine is to helping them live a normal, productive, and healthy life. Please tell us what has inspired you to pursue a medical career, and how do you plan to use your education to better the lives of others.
