Trueinsight STEM and Engineering Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Scholarship is to be used for a STEM or Engineering related degree
  • Open to High School Seniors or existing college/university students
  • Student must be attending a US based university or institution

With the use of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) technology, what previous scientific ideas which seemed out of reach will become realized in the future?

Scholarships are awarded twice per year.

DR. ARTHUR A. KEZIAN DDS SCIENCE SCHOLARSHIP 2020-2021

Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be attending a College or University in the Fall of 2020
  • Must be a resident of the United States or Canada
  • Must complete the application form, including the essay prior to the deadline

How to Apply:

  • Write a 1–2 page essay on why you deserve the Dr. Arthur A. Kezian DDS Science Scholarship
  • Resume or CV
  • Official Transcript (GPA needs to be above 3.0)
  • SAT Score Report
  • DAT, GRE, or MCAT Score Report
  • 1 Minute Video Clip introducing yourself (optional but recommended)
  • Scholarship will open on: November 1, 2020
  • Scholarship deadline: March 31 , 2023 at 11:59 PM EST

Kitsap Audubon Society’s Ann Sleight Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Be a resident of Kitsap County.
  • Have successfully completed at least one year of study toward a 2- or 4-year degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Marine or Wildlife Biology or related studies.
  • Show good academic standing.
  • Show qualities of character and citizenship.
  • Submit a written essay of 500 words or less stating their reasons for choosing this field of study, career goals, and participation in any projects or activities relating to the field of interest

How to Apply

  • Write an essay, 500 words or less, stating your reasons for choosing this field of study and your career goals.
  • Include: a current transcript of courses taken and grades achieved, list of participation in any projects and activities related to your chosen field, two letters of recommendation from teachers or other mentors, and include the name and address of the degree-granting school for the transmittal of funds, along with student ID #.
  • Application must be mailed to Kitsap Audubon Society, PO Box 961, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
