WCAR WSU Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Must be Whitman County High School Senior.

How to Apply:

  • Fill out the application that can be found on the organizations website.
  • To complete the application you will need the following:
    • A copy of your letter of acceptance to Washington State University
    • A letter of recommendation from a school official or a person that you have known for at least two years and is not a relative
    • A copy of your transcript
    • A list or resume of activities and interests of which you are involved
    • Typed essay on what your current educational goals are and what challenges you foresee (not to exceed one page)

Rustic Pathways Global Perspectives Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Current high school seniors or college students who will be attending an accredited college/university  beginning in the Fall 2023 term.

How to Apply:

  • Write a maximum 500 word essay on the following prompt:
    • Teen summer opportunities vary widely. Some teens work during the summer. Some teens head off to summer camp. Some teens enjoy summer travel. What is the most meaningful summer experience you have had, and why?
  • Follow Global Perspectives on Instagram
  • Complete online application by August 7, 2023.

THE BLASS LAW TRAFFIC STOP PSA SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility:

  • A GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale;
  • Written verification that you are admitted to or enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university;
  • An unofficial transcript;

How to Apply:

  • Apply by using the application form on website. Please include all of the required items, and upload your video.

Friedman & Simon, L.L.P. $1,500 Academic Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • 3.0 GPA (must include unofficial transcript);
  • Enrolled in or admitted to an accredited college or university;
  • Apply using the form located on the scholarships page.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

How to Apply:

  • Please answer only one of the following three essay questions in 500 to 1000 words. Attach the essay in PDF format to the application form on this page.
    • How will your studies contribute to your future career aspirations?
    • What do you most hope to accomplish during your college studies?
    • How did your experiences or accomplishments during high school prepare you for success in college?

The Annual Adley Law Firm College Student Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • You must be an aspiring or currently enrolled U.S. college or university student.
  • 18 years of age (parental consent required if under 18)

How to Apply:

  • We require you to write a 500-1,500 word blog article which will be featured on our blog. Pick from any of the following topics:
    • Car Accidents
    • Motorcycle Accidents
    • Truck Accidents
    • Premises Liability
    • Slip and Fall
    • Refinery Accidents
    • Wrongful Death

IVY PANDA VIDEO CONTEST SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility:

  • We will accept videos from current high school, college, or university students from any country. The winners will be required to send us proof of their academic status or enrollment.

How to Apply:

  • Record an original video on one of the following topics:
    • How COVID-19 Changed My Attitude Towards Self-Study
    • Online Tutoring in the Post-Pandemic World — A Perfect Freelance Job for Students
    • Self-Care Tips the COVID-19 Pandemic Has Taught Me
  • Your video must:
    • Cover one of the topics given above
    • Be in English only
    • Have a creative, catchy title that reflects your ideas
    • Last between 1 – 1:30 minutes
    • Be submitted in one of the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI
    • Be sent before the deadline

Homelight Scholarship

Note: There are two upcoming deadlines for this scholarship (04/15/2022 and 12/01/2022), the posted deadline is for latter scholarship.

Eligibility:

  • Any legal U.S. resident in high school or college who will be attending an accredited university or college in Fall 2022/Spring 2023 is eligible to apply (see deadline information on scholarship webpage).

How to Apply:

  • To apply, please submit a short piece of writing, that includes the following:
    • Why are you interested in real estate?
    • How will your career help more people find their dream home?
    • What impact have you had on homes or homelessness in your community?

Finale Inventory Global Supply Chain and Logistics Industry Scholarship

Eligibility:
  • College student with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • United States citizen or permanent resident
  • Enrolled (or will be enrolled) full-time in a university to enrolled full-time in pursuing a degree related to supply chain and operations management, inventory control, materials management, or procurement.

How to Apply:

  • Please provide a 1,000 word personal statement describing your long-term career aspirations in the supply chain or operations field.

Mesothelioma Cancer Victims Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Must be accepted to a US-based four-year university or college for any field of study (scholarship funds will be dispersed directly to your school)
  • Must provide two letters of recommendation specific to this scholarship

How to Apply:

  • You may submit either a written essay or video
    • Written essay must be between 800-1,250 words
    • Video essay must be a 2-3 minute YouTube video
  • The Video/Essay Topic:
    • How has cancer impacted your life?
      • Mesothelioma cancers, as well as other terminal cancers, have an impact well beyond the victim alone. How has receiving a cancer diagnosis for you or your loved one impacted your life? How did it impact you while your loved one was fighting their illness? What hardships did you or your family experience? How will this scholarship help you to reach your academic goals?

THE MAY FIRM SCHOLARSHIP

Note: There are two submission dates annually for this scholarship (1/15/2023 and 9/15/2023).  The listed deadline is the latter of the two.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a student enrolled at an accredited community college or university.

 

How to Apply:

  • Write a 300+ word essay on the following prompt:
    • What is one traumatic experience you experienced in your life, and how did you overcome it?
