Butler Law Firm People Helping People Scholarship

Eligibility

  • This scholarship is open to any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in the United States. This includes accredited community college students as well as high school seniors and students who possess a GED who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited program.
  •  The scholarship applicant must be able to demonstrate in their essay, their commitment to helping people.
  • All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.

How to Apply:

  • Answer the following questions in an essay of 1,000 words or less:
    • What inspired your commitment to help people?
    • In what ways have you already demonstrated your commitment to helping people in need?
    • How has your commitment to helping people, informed your education goals?
    • What kind of career do you plan to do have, or work do you plan to do, that will allow you to help people in the future?

Penguin CBD Scholarship

Eligibility

  • This scholarship is open to any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in the United States. This includes accredited community college students as well as high school seniors and students who possess a GED who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited program.
  • The scholarship applicant must be interested in pursuing a healthcare major / career.
  • All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 or above.

How to Apply:

  • Respond to the following questions in an essay of 1,000 words or less:
      • What inspired you to want to do work in the healthcare sector?

      • What health research are you most interested in learning about and why?

      • What inequalities exist in healthcare & medicine exist how would you improve it?

Kamper Estrada Helping Families Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Any student currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate or graduate program in the United States.
  • The scholarship candidate must be able to demonstrate their passion towards civil justice through volunteer, professional and/or educational experiences.
  • All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above

How to Apply:

  • Respond to the following essay question in 1,000 words or less:
    • Describe a situation where you have helped a family in need. This can be your own family or one that you are not related to by blood or marriage. Explain your motivation behind helping this family and the steps you took to help them- and how their lives were improved by your efforts. Describe how your education has already helped you to help others and/or how your current education plans are going to help you continue to help others. Tell us how your education is informing your volunteer, activism, work and/or career goals.
  • An updated resume
  • A current unofficial transcript

Dr.Pepper Tuition Giveaway Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Must be a University or College Student
  • Must be between the ages of 18-24

ISPA Foundation Mary Tabacchi Scholarship

Eligibility:

The Desired Candidate shall be the following:

  • Will be a junior, senior or grad student in the upcoming school year, enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program of a related discipline, i.e. business, health science, hospitality or spa management, and pursuing a spa management/spa leadership/spa entrepreneurial-related career. Please note, students applying for this scholarship must be enrolled in classes for the fall 2020 semester to be eligible.
  • Has completed or is enrolled in courses with a strong emphasis in business, management, analytics and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Has a minimum GPA (or international equivalent) of 3.0.
  • Has completed/is currently completing a spa-related internship/externship or has conducted/currently conducting a project, paper, research initiative, etc. that has a demonstrated focus on the spa industry and can provide details of the skills and experiences gained during said internship/externship or project/paper/research initiative in his/her resume.
  • Is involved in on/off-campus organizations and demonstrates leadership roles held in such organizations.
  • Agrees to be a mentor to the 2021 Mary Tabacchi scholarship recipient.
  • Submits the following required materials:
    a.    A completed scholarship application including detailed responses to Section 3 Essay Questions;
    b.    Original college transcripts that include evidence of courses taken and current GPA (or international equivalent);
    c.    Two reference letters;
    d.    A professional resume.

 

The 2020 ISPA Foundation Mary Tabacchi Scholarship Recipient Receives:

  • A $5,000 scholarship for tuition reimbursement.
  • Complimentary registration and travel expense stipend for the 2020 ISPA Conference & Expo in National Harbor, Maryland, October 14-16.
  • A one-year mentor from the ISPA Foundation Mary Tabacchi Scholarship Selection Committee.
  • A complimentary, one-year ISPA Student Membership.

Nested Bean “Next Level” Scholarship

Eligibility:

  •  Open to all Marketing, Design & Analytics students (marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, industrial design and data analytics)
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a verified college or university in one of the eligible majors/programs

How to Apply:

  • Submit a minimum 800-word essay describing a time you took a project, assignment, task, or idea to the “next level.”
    • Tell us how you took advantage of the opportunity to stand out and exceeded expectations. What was the result of your efforts?
  • 2. Submit the project, assignment, task, or idea that you featured in your essay for our review.
  • Offer 3 professional references with their name, position, contact information, and relationship to you or your project.
  • Send all submissions, reference list, and the following information to scholarships@nestedbean.com:

Oddo & Babat Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • This scholarship is offered to any student currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or accredited community college program in the United States. First-year college students who are high school graduates (or possess a GED) are welcome to apply.
  • Funds from this scholarship may be applied to tuition, books, and other fees directly related to the school at which the candidate is enrolled.
  • The candidate must be able to show proof of admission or attendance (e.g., a transcript or acceptance letter) at an accredited educational program, as stated above.
  • The scholarship candidate must be in good academic standing, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

How to Apply:

  • Please submit the following documents in order to be considered:
    • An updated resumé or C.V.
    • A current unofficial transcript from the candidate’s college. Incoming first-year college students may submit a current unofficial transcript from their high school and a copy of their college acceptance letter (PDF file format is preferred).
    • A brief essay response (1000 words maximum) addressing the following:
      • Describe one or more ways that our current criminal justice system can better serve its people. If you were in charge of the system, what changes would you make, and why? As a student and citizen, how might you empower your peers, neighbors, and local politicians to enact real changes that benefit your community?

GREG BAUMGARTNER SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled in either high school or an accredited university or college.
  • Must contain a 3.0 GPA.

How to apply:

  • To apply, please write a very short essay (not to exceed 200 words) about yourself, your educational goals and the reasons for needing a scholarship and include it in your email application.

Eligibility:

  • Only graduating seniors in high school, freshmen, sophomores, under graduate in college between the ages of 16 and 25 are eligible to win.

Eligibility:

  • Must be currently attending or planning to attend a college or university.
  • Must be in good academic standing with your current educational institution
  • For applicants under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian
  • Has a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Must apply to the contest via email and provide your name and the name of the institution.

  • Write an essay of 1200+ words on the topic:
