The Career Search Scholarship seeks to support a student who is educating themselves and exploring potential careers that align with their goals.
The applicant must be a current high school senior or a college student living with a documented disability.
If the applicant is a high school student, then they should be planning to attend an undergraduate program in a 2 or 4 -year university/college or technical college in the Fall of the academic year following high-school graduation. The educational institution must be in the United States.

Essay submission:
As the second part of the application process, all applicants must prepare an essay. The essay must be 750 words maximum length. In addition to providing your personal story and an explanation as to why you deserve this scholarship, you are required to explain why you believe either business or engineering is important in Canada’s/U.S. economy and how you feel you will make a difference in your chosen industry.
Students must be enrolled full time in a accredited college or university.
