Eligibility
- Must be a resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or the U.S. territories.
- Must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
- Must be high school senior students who will be or college students who are enrolled at least half-time in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program or graduate program at an eligible school.
