Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
- You must be enrolled full-time in a U.S. based accredited two-year or four-year university, community college or junior college, or a graduate degree program
- You must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher
- You must be a student who witnessed a parent, sibling, immediate family member or close friend fighting cancer

Applicants must submit a typed essay (500-1000 words) answering the following question: What It Takes to Fight Cancer? You can include pictures of loved ones that were affected by cancer if you have your family’s consent. We encourage you to share the beliefs cancer health challenges have instilled in you. Tell us why education is important in the fight against cancer.
