Must be accepted into or currently attending an accredited college or university (including technical schools)
Must be able to provide a copy of your DD-214, NAVPERS form or WD AGO to prove you are a veteran who was Honorably Discharged, received an Entry Level Separation or received a Clemency Discharge with a Certificate of Completion, or are otherwise in good standing with the military.
All applications are due November 1, 2018.

How has your military experience influenced your view on the importance of a quality education?
What challenges have you faced (mental, physical, emotional, financial, etc.) since being discharged from the military, and how have you overcome them?
In what ways do you believe an education will improve your life as a veteran and civilian?
