- Students currently attending or planning to attend college in the United States

All applications must be submitted by December 15 annually
How to Apply
- Write an essay (at least 700 words) on one of the following topics:
- What can we do to prevent student DUIs all across the United States?
- Safety tips for a person who just started to drive.
- What is possible to do today in person and on a country level to make nation’s highways safer?
