Washington Council of the Blind Scholarship
- The applicant must provide certification that he or she is legally blind in both eyes. Legal blindness means a visual acuity of 20/200 or less in both eyes with correction, or a visual field of 20 degrees or less in both eyes with correction.
- The applicant must provide proof of acceptance for enrollment in an accredited vocational school, college or university located in the United States for the Fall quarter or semester.
- The applicant must be a resident of Washington State who has physically resided in the State of Washington for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months at the time of application.
All applications must be submitted by July 31, 2018.
