At the date of the award, you must be enrolled (or accepted with plans to attend) a college or university in the United States listed here
Minimum GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
Field of study is related to science, technology, engineering, math (STEM)

To apply for this scholarship, first create a Course Hero account, then write a 500-word essay answering the following question:
‘Smart city technology can be almost invisible to their residents, and many people may not be aware of how technology is boosting safety, livability and more in these cities. What’s one current or coming technology that is changing or will change how cities work?’

Student must be actively enrolled in a College or University studying one of the following: medicine, therapy, emergency medical services, laboratory sciencem edical technology, nursing, health care, pathology, radiology, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, psychiatry, psychology, social sciences, or another health related area
All applicants must submit an official transcript or Certification of Enrollment that validates current enrollment

How to Apply
Submit an essay (1200+ words) on the following topic:
How medical supplies or medical equipment has the biggest impact on healing, improving, or extending human lives. The topics could range from how specific equipment helps provide better diagnostics, or modern infection control allows reuse of important medical instruments, or how enteral feeding pumps provide accurate, reliable nutrition to humans of all ages.
