Eligibility

• Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.0-2.7
• Financial emergency need
• Demonstration of effort in meeting those needs through part-time employment, grants, etc.
