Eligibility

  • Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
  • Based on character of the potential recipient, the intelligence of the individual involved (which shall be average), the scholastic record of the individual and the financial need of the individual.
