Eligibility

Must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in the United States, majoring in real estate, property management, leasing, or similar.
Must be 18 or older at the time of submission.
Must be in good academic standing with your institution.

Written essay (750-1000 words)
Video essay (4-5 minutes)

Essay Prompt:

DoorLoop was started by real estate professionals, for real estate professionals. When our founders, all of whom own and manage properties of their own, realized that there was no easy, fast, and all-in-one property management software that they could use, they decided to build one themselves.

Now, DoorLoop is used by hundreds of thousands of landlords and property managers in more than 100 countries and has grown multiple teams of Loopers around the world. However, our goal remains the same: to make the lives of property managers and landlords easier so they can focus on what matters most.

As you pursue your career in real estate, what is your ultimate professional goal? What is the “why” behind that goal, and how does that “why” impact your goal?
