Green Meadow Memorials Scholarship

Eligibility

• You must be a current United States citizen or resident and attending a educational institution to qualify.
• You must be a high school senior that is graduating in Spring 2021 or a current student at an accredited post high school graduation educational institution.

Application Process

The following list of items are all required to be submitted in order to be eligible to receive the Green Meadow Scholarship.

• Write a 500 word (minimum) to 600 word (maximum) essay that covers the following points
  • Who inspired you
  • How they inspired you
  • What your goal is
  • How your education plans will help you attain that goal
• Your information, which must include
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Home Address
  • Name and Location of Educational Institution to be attended
  • A picture of yourself and a bio of no more than 100 words that best describes you.  This content will be posted on Green Meadow Memorials website for the recipients.
