- Must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or law school for the Fall 2024 semester
- Must be pursuing a paralegal, legal assistant, or pre-law program.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Must be a single parent or child of a single parent
