Eligibility

• College-bound graduating high school seniors, current college students, or adult learners.
• 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college program.
• Must reside in rural area.
• Must meet low-income criteria outlined in the online application.

All applications must be submitted by June 30, 2023 (Spring Deadline) or November 30, 2023 (Fall Deadline).

How to Apply

• Complete the online application.
• Write an essay of approximately 750 words responding to the prompt:
  • How have you shown patriotism through your community involvement?
• Submit a copy of your most recent high school or college transcript.
• Submit 2 letters of recommendation from teachers, coaches, counselors, other academic professionals, or colleagues.
• Submit a current photo or school photo for marketing purposes.
