Eligibility
- Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
- May be awarded to a member of any of the four regular collegiate classes.
- Character, capacity, and need of the applicants shall be given due weight, along with the usual scholastic attainments.
