Eligibility

• Undergraduate sophomore; junior or senior considered if no sophomore applications
• Minimum GPA 3.5
• Preference given to
• Major in Pre-Medicine, Pre-Dental, Nursing or Pharmacy
• Demonstrated high financial need
• Washington state students
• Students who’s intent is to serve undeserved populations

• Renewable with satisfactory academic progress
