Eligibility

  • Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
  • Alternates between the College of Education and the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences in alternate years.
  • Based on academic excellence and community or civic leadership.
