Edwin H. and Carrie M. Hanford Memorial Foundation Endowment Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
  • Junior or Senior status
  • Character, capacity, and need of the applicant shall be given due weight, along with the usual scholastic attainments, provided however, that no award shall be made to any student who uses alcoholic beverages or tobacco in any form or to any degree.
