Eligibility

• Graduate student
• Demonstrates interest in leadership potential in at least one, preferably two or more areas:
  • Cultivation of understanding and support of public education
  • Development of public policy supporting public schools
  • Finding consensus and enabling cooperation among groups
  • Cultivating understanding of the social, economic, and political roles of public education
  • Developing of programs for and/or about multicultural, multi-ethnic and multi-class concerns
  • Understanding and managing developmental change in public education
