Eligibility
- Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
- Freshman or sophomore standing, with preference given to sophomore students.
- GPA will be left to the university’s discretion.
- Financial need shall be a major consideration.
- Partial consideration shall be given to children of single parents.
