Eligibility

• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Minimum 3 credits per semester
• Undergraduate or Graduate student
• Demonstrates financial need
• Study emphasis on professional writing or those who seek to be a published writer or have an interest in writing children’s literature
• Preference give to Veteran’s and/or children of a Veteran
• Student diagnosed as hearing impaired
• WSU Vancouver student
