Eligibility

• Must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year. There is no additional application process.
• Financial need shall be the first consideration.
• Recipients must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA (high school or higher education).
• Preference to freshmen and sophomores
