Care Throughout the Ages Scholarship
Eligibility
- The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, college student, or graduate student for the 2022 semester or anyone going back to school.
- Candidates for this scholarship should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good overall academic standing.

- The candidate must submit a 750-1,000 word essay response to the prompt: discuss a time when you had to put the health of another or a loved one first, whether they were suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or were at a time in their life where they just needed more help and support. Discuss your experience with helping someone else, what life lessons were gained and how has it changed your outlook on life?
- The candidate must submit a resumé that lists their up-to-date contact information and experiences, both professional and academic.
- The candidate must submit a transcript from their current school. First-year college students, graduate students, or individuals who have recently transferred schools may submit an unofficial transcript from their current school, as well as the most recent official transcript from their prior school. High school students or returning students must also submit proof of acceptance to their college or university.
The recipient of the Care Throughout the Ages Scholarship will be chosen during the month following the scholarship deadline.
