  1. Graduating high school in 2023
  2. Be planning to attend a four-year college or university
  3. Have served a minimum of two years as an American Red Cross volunteer by date of application

  • Applications are due March 10, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • The applicant is responsible for applying through the Microsoft Forms application submission form.
  • Recommenders should submit their recommendation forms via the Microsoft Forms submission form.
  • The winner of the $1,000 Navin Narayan College Scholarship will be notified Spring 2023.
  • The scholarship will be paid via check prior to the start of the 2023-2024 academic school year (after July 1, 2023).
  • The recipient of the scholarship will be required to fill out a Google Form biannually that discusses the winner’s academic and Red Cross related achievements and participation in the past half-year.
