George J. Skuros Justice in Family Law Scholarship
Eligibility:
- You are enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or J.D. program at a U.S. college or university for Spring 2023
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a U.S. citizen
- You have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
Other Information:
- The deadline to submit materials is December 20, 2022.

- Email Address
- 500-1500 word essay on one of the following topics:
- What is an injustice that you see in the implementation and enforcement of family law in the U.S.? How can this injustice be rectified?
- Discuss the effect divorce has on the behavior and emotions of children. Students may explore how the experience can shape a child’s understanding of emotional well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and overall behavior.
