Kitsap Audubon Society’s Ann Sleight Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility
- Be a resident of Kitsap County.
- Have successfully completed at least one year of study toward a 2- or 4-year degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Marine or Wildlife Biology or related studies.
- Show good academic standing.
- Show qualities of character and citizenship.
- Submit a written essay of 500 words or less stating their reasons for choosing this field of study, career goals, and participation in any projects or activities relating to the field of interest

How to Apply
- Write an essay, 500 words or less, stating your reasons for choosing this field of study and your career goals.
- Include: a current transcript of courses taken and grades achieved, list of participation in any projects and activities related to your chosen field, two letters of recommendation from teachers or other mentors, and include the name and address of the degree-granting school for the transmittal of funds, along with student ID #.
- Application must be mailed to Kitsap Audubon Society, PO Box 961, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
