Berger and Green Heart Disease Scholarship

Eligibility

  • Must have been diagnosed with heart disease or a congenital heart defect
  • Must be enrolled in or have been accepted to an accredited college or university in the U.S.
  • Must carry at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Must submit an application, along with a copy of your transcript and an essay
  • Must agree to the terms and conditions found on the website.

How to Submit Your Essay

  • Choose one of the following topics and write a 500- to 1,000-word essay to submit for consideration:
    • How has heart disease affected or changed your plans in life? How have you dealt with your diagnosis to continue to strive to reach your goals?
    • What aspects of living with heart disease do you wish society better understood?
    • What steps do you think the U.S. should take to reduce heart disease?
    • What advice would you give to a young person who has just been diagnosed with heart disease?

CJ Pony Parts Scholarship Video Contest

Eligibility

  • Any current student who is a U.S. resident and will be enrolling in post-secondary education in their next semester
  • Open to all fields of study and is not exclusive to automotive or related degrees

  • Create a short video, under 3 minutes long, on one of these topics:
    • What is your first memory of a Mustang?
    • How does a Mustang relate to your field of study? (get creative!)

    • CJ Pony Parts has been around for over 30 years; where do you see yourself 30 years from now?
    • As Lee Iacocca was the lead influencer for the debut of the Ford Mustang in April 1964, who is most influential in your life and why?

$1000 Scholarship By Houston Excel Classes

Eligibility

  • Must be a university or college student.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, but if you are younger and think that you fit well into the writing position, then parental consent is will be required.
  • Make sure to do your Research before Writing Article. Having knowledge on relevant topics is a plus. Experience on any of these topics or categories will make you an even more desirable candidate since this will allow you to share more valuable information on the site.

ExtremeTerrain’s Student Scholarships

Eligibility

  • Students who are pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Research, Land Use, Earth & Atmosphere Studies, Sustainable Land Management, Parks and Recreation, Sustainable Agriculture Systems.
  • Previous winners who are still eligible may submit a new essay that follows the same criteria.
  • Limit one essay per student each semester

How to Apply

  • Proof of enrollment is required along with submission.
